  • Can we see the artwork before production?
    Yes, we do provide up to 2 complimentary artwork revisions for all confirmed orders. Please let us know if you'd like to review before production
  • I've already placed an order but have now changed my mind
    Please alert us as soon as possible. If we have not yet begun production, we can allow a cancellation.
  • How long does production take?
    We currently offer 3 production lead time options Standard Production (1 Week) Express Production (3 Days) Emergency Production (Next working Day)
  • What type of payment methods do you accept?
    We offer 2 types of online payments, you can pay via: PAYNOW UEN:53450461B (Keeperscompany) Please indicate your order number in the remarks section PAYPAL Accepts all major credit/debit cards
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Yes you may, please reach out to us asap However, if we have already begun production then we would be unable to do so.
  • What type of shipping options are avaliable?
    We currently offer 4 types of shipping options DELIVERY 1) Standard Delivery (2-3 Days) Via Ninjavan Courier - Flat Fee of $6 2) Express Delivery (1-2 Days) Via Ninjavan Courier - Flat fee of $10 COLLECTION Self collect at 237 Bishan St 22, Singapore 570237 via appointment only Customers will be notified via Email/Text when production is complete
  • I need an order done super urgently
    We provide emergency production and shipping for anything last minute. Kindly initiate a chat so that we may assist you on that.
  • Which countries do you ship to
    Our shipping options listed are for Singapore addresses only. Please reach out to us for a custom quote if you'd like to us to ship anywhere outside of Singapore.
  • No one was home to receive my parcel
    Ninja Van provides up to 3 redelivery attempts, free-of-charge. After which a re-delivery fee will apply at prevailing rates
  • How are your products packaged for shipping?
    All orders are bubble-wrapped and packed into a kraft box. They are then sealed before going into a waterproof polymailer bag and then shipped off.
  • Can you customize designs?
    Yes we can. Please reach out and share what designs you have in mind or what you'd like to see.
  • Does the back of the product have a hook/wire for me to hang?
    No, unless customized or otherwise stated, all the back of our pieces are flat with no holes/hooks/wires. We do sell a set of 4, 3M command velcro strips , that will allow you to hang up your pieces safety and without damage or a standing easel. Please check out with that separately
  • What type of materials do you use ?
    All our wood products are made of a hybrid basswood plywood blend that shows off a patterned wood grain. Giving off a beautiful detailed finish both front & back. As such, please do expect some minor imperfections such as wood grain colour tone differences, black spots or the prescene of light wood dye. We also work heavily with an assortment of acrylic and are happy to get more materials in depending on what you'd like to see:)
  • Can you engrave a message/picture on the back?
    Yes that is possible, with some additional costs depending on what you'd like to engrave. please chat with us to find out more
  • What is considered a defect?
    Broken/chipped Wood/Acrylic Reasonable scratches over Wood/Acrylic Incorrect items received. Any broken/damaged signs These are considered defects and we will make amends as soon as you reach out. Minor imperfections on the wood surfaces Inconsistent wood grain lines Different shades of wood/wood dye. These are not considered defects
