Can you reserve/ soft book a date for me?
All bookings are based on a first come first serve basis. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

What if my child accidently takes home a toy?
Everyone has been cool so far. All toys that have been accidently taken home, have found its way back here.

How many guests can your space accomodate?​
This would depend on your table configuration & placement of your backdrop and buffet line. Generally, 40 to 60 guests for comfort. 75 to 90 guests squeezy. Max 100 standing.

Do I have to book/account for the set up/tear down hours?
Yes, our space is reserved for you during the hours you’ve booked it for. This includes set up/tear down. ​​​

What is the earliest time I or my vendors can come in?
Our space is reserved for you during the hours you’ve booked it for. Please chat with us for any special arrangements beyond that on a case-by-case basis.

What if my guests are still packing up or eating at the end of my booking?
It would be unfortunate but overstaying for any reason would affect your security deposit. overstaying is also akward and delays the clean up crew and the next booking. We seek all guests understanding & kindness regarding this.

Where can I throw rubbish?
Bins are provided. All food waste & decor has to be disposed by the respetive vendors pr. Foam boards/cake boxes/large boxes/ balloons must be cut up and popped before being disposed in the disposal area located at the loading unloading bay.

About Vendors
Are there toilets?
Yes there are common toilets on site. They are brand new in 2024

Nearest carpark?
Basement parking with direct access to our floor. Free roadside parking outside the building.

How many carpark lots?
Approx 200 and carpark is usually empty
​
Wheelchair friendly?
Yes, please advise guests to use the cargo lift and ramp as needed.

Loading/unloading bay?
Yes, ramp also available. Vendors & guests can use the lifts there too
​
Can I park in the Loading/unloading bay?
No, your car will be clamped and yes the security knows its us and our guests. ​
Pet friendly?
We love our furry friends, unfortunately, we do not have permission from our building's management to host them.
Can I bring my own catering/vendors in?
Yes. We’d also be hapy to provide reccomendations as needed
Can I bring a bouncy castle in?
Yes, but you are advised to chat with us on its suitability and size.

Live stations?
Yes, on an approval basis. Please chat with us to find out if its okay. Stations which involve open flames, charcoal , or high heat are generally not permitted.
What if the vendor / caterer is late for tear down?
This would unfortunately affect the security deposit to account for urgent crew to clean and prepare the space for the next booking. ​
About Amenities
Is water provided?
We provide about 1L of bottled filtered water in the auto water dispenser. (mostly for baby milk) You are advised to bring more if needed
Is coffee /Tea provided?
No, you're free to bring your own Nespresso pods & condiments to use with our machine.
Is there a fridge?
Yes, we have a decently sized fridge big enough for your up to 2 cakes or so (Max 15" width)
Baby Chair?
Yes we have 3 baby chairs at the moment.
Do you have a sound system?
Yes, we have a harmon kardon Soundsticks 4 bluetooth speaker thats powerful enough and provides great sound
About Clean ups
Do I have to clean up after myself?
We provide a light general cleaning service after each booking. This does not cover larger messes like vomit, cake smashes, poop accidents both inside and outside the unit. ​

Do I have to keep the toys back?
It would be helpful to place the toys back in the rattan baskets or in the general play area so our crew can skip the toy hunt & safely clean & santize them for the next booking.

No Alchohol/smoking is permitted in the building

Helium balloons/decor are not encouraged.

Please do not place anything along our neighbors wall and do not touch or take their stuff under any circumstances
